How does it work?

Firstly, select your product and the colour. Secondly select the letter(s) you want to add to your product. Finally, enter the letters you want your item personalised with.

All letters are placed in the centre of the item.

Please ensure you provide the correct letters before adding to cart.

Can I buy without personalisation?

Yes, absolutely! Select the tick box for product only before you add to cart and that's it.

How long does it take for my order to ship?

Orders are shipped between 24 - 48 hours after purchase. Orders take 48 hours to be dispatched when your order is placed on the weekend.

How do I contact you?

Do you only have capital letters?

Yes! At the moment we only have one style of letter personalisation but watch this space.

Can I change or cancel my order?

Once an order has been placed, you cannot change or cancel the order. 

We processing orders immediately after they are placed to ensure theycustomised and sent out soonest possible to you.

How do I care for my Spring Street products?

Please ensure that your products are stored in a well ventilated area and are not exposed to direct sunlight.

Please take care and avoid getting liquids on the zipper or puller. This may result in stains to the bag. The product may change in appearance over time due to environmental factors and usage.

Can I buy the items without personalisation?

Yes! Of course, you can. Just select the item and colour then press add to cart.
